Elizabeth West is the founder of Agape Birth. She is a trained doula working towards full DONA certification, and serves mothers in and around Mission.
Trained doulas are well qualified in labor as well as some pre-baby-day preparation and baby-day care. Elizabeth is prepared to provide physical (non-medical), emotional and informative assistance to mothers and their partners before and during labor and birth, as well some extended care in the weeks following child birth, when needed. Beth is also experienced and trained in helping to support women who are considering a vaginal birth after cesarean.
